Docal exchanger are prevalent in many oil & gas installations throughout North America. One example is the exchange of thermal energy between the Heavy Vacuum Gas Oil (HVGO) and the Preflash Bottoms. These particular units can handle in excess of 12,000,000 Btu/hr.
Docal preflash exchangers are all custom built to your requirements with endless material configurations, high pressures (2,000psig tube side) as well as serviceable (removable) shells, heads and tube bundles to avoid lengthy and costly downtimes for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
All units are certified according to the latest ASME standards, available with National Board (USA) or CRN (Canada) certifications.
